DMFX is a brand of Ayrakeen Tech Inc. We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and there are no ad trackers or analytics on this site.
What we collect
- Email sign-ups. Your email address and which plugin you asked about. Nothing is added until you click the confirmation link, and unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Purchases. Paddle processes payments, so we never see your card details. Paddle sends us your name, email, country and what you bought, so we can issue and resend your license key.
- Accounts. If you create one, your email and a hashed password. We use one cookie to keep you signed in.
- Downloads. Which plugin was downloaded, by which key, from which country, and a scrambled version of your IP address that cannot be turned back into it. We keep these records for one year.
- License checks. When After Effects starts, the plugin sends your license key to confirm it is still valid. It never sends your footage or project files.
This site also remembers which host you picked (After Effects or DaVinci Resolve) in your browser. That stays on your device.
Who else handles it
- Paddle: payments, tax and invoices
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and downloads
- Resend: sending email
Your choices
Email support@dmfx.video to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax purposes.
